About Us
Who Are We?
We are a small and friendly, well established club that meets Wednesdays from 7:00pm until 10:00pm at All Hallows School in Penwortham. We have four badminton courts available for use and, even on match nights there are always two courts for use by club members.
We are a very social club and have an active Social Scene, it's not just about playing badminton.
We are always keen to welcome new players for both club nights and competitive team matches. There is a wide range of ages and standards at the club so why not come down and give us a try? Just contact us first to make sure that we will be able to greet you on the night.
On the Slightly Competitive Side
For those wanting to try something more competitive we have two mixed teams playing in the local Mid Lancashire Badminton League.
When Do We Play?
The season, during which league matches are played, generally runs from the start of September through to the end of April the following year. We play each Wednesday evening from 7:00pm until 10:00pm.
Over the summer months (May–August) we run a Summer Club each Wednesday evening from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
